1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the nbajie platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who interact with the platform in any capacity. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Your continued use of nbajie following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

nbajie reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Management

Each player may hold only one registered account. If nbajie discovers that a player holds or has held duplicate accounts, all duplicate accounts and any associated winnings will be voided and the player will be subject to permanent exclusion from the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account is current and accurate. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. nbajie will not be liable for losses arising from outdated account information, including incorrect payment details that result in misdirected withdrawals.

nbajie reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All transactions on nbajie are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your nbajie account promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. nbajie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, bank processing times, or mobile financial service interruptions.

Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team within the timeframes published in the cashier section. nbajie reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms will not be paid out and will be forfeited in full.

All deposits made to nbajie must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. Any withdrawal will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
